THE VISION
This new build called for a kitchen that felt contemporary without feeling stark — something clean and architectural, but still warm enough for everyday family life.
Drawing from the home’s Canadian-Scandinavian character, the design pairs streamlined walnut cabinetry with pale surfaces, simple black details and an abundance of natural light.
Rather than adding unnecessary ornament, the character comes from the materials themselves: expressive walnut grain, warm wood tones and a direct connection to the open Alberta prairie outside.
